Our junior summer day camps will teach your junior squash enthusiast how to play based on perception and decision making, with sessions on technique, shot selection and physical fitness. Camp comes with lunch at the Upper West Side Cafe. Sign up for a day or a whole week (and save!)
- 10.00 a.m. – 12.00 p.m.: Squash Session 1 (technique, coordination, perception and reaction)
- 12.00 – 1.00 p.m.: Lunch
- 1.00 – 2.30 p.m.: Squash Session 2 (match play/mini tournament)
- 2.30 – 3.15 p.m.: Fitness & Stretching
For players ages 8-14 (beginner through silver level).
